Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (“Vercel”). In connection with hosting, Vercel processes server log data and technical information required to deliver the website on our behalf.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of the website). Where data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy frameworks, where applicable).

If you contact us by email or via messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp), we process your personal data (such as name, email address, phone number and message content) only to the extent provided by you.

The processing serves the purpose of handling and responding to your inquiry.

When using the contact form on our website, we collect and process the following personal data provided by you:

Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in a database operated by Notion Labs, Inc., 2300 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA (“Notion”), which we use as a processor to organize and review applications. Notion processes the data only for this purpose on our behalf.

Where data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy frameworks, where applicable).

Your data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel Inc.) to understand how our website is used (e.g. page views and basic usage statistics). Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and without collecting personal identifiers such as a full IP address for analytics purposes, to the extent provided by Vercel.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing and improving our website).
